Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

1. Services

VoiceGenix provides AI voice automation systems including inbound call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling, routing, and related automation services.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensuring lawful use of AI call systems
  • Providing call recording disclosures where required
  • Compliance with industry regulations

3. Payment Terms

Fees are governed by executed service agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

VoiceGenix retains ownership of proprietary platform components unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific configurations remain the property of the client upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoiceGenix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
